1. Stay on Illegal Demands: Our request for a stay on all illegal charges, including NCP, maintenance fees, club charges, and club membership fees, has been granted by the Honorable Court. This is a significant victory for all of us!

2. Submission of Affected Owners : The Honorable court has desired a list of owners whose plots have been canceled or threatened with cancellation, and whose possession is awaited.  We urge all affected residents to come forward with his issues in latest possible time so that we may tabulate the list for onward submission to the Honorable Court.

3. Court instructions to TDI: TDI has been instructed by the Honorable court to submit their reply within four weeks, which will be a pivotal moment in our case.
